People need to read the below product warning by WotC very closely. It still exists on DTRPG and the DMsGuild websites. Note that WotC did not ascertain if any of their accusations regarding these products actually have merit! Why? Read. For they must be corrupt due to the very era in which they were written! They have not only slandered countless numbers of creators and TSR, but have done so by impugning millions of other people, past and present, from any era that preceded theirs! These postmodern robber barons must be destroyed and never again allowed into civil society. They are a cancer upon everything as they wave their elitist hands while dismissing, destroying and stigmatizing what was accomplished by their supposed morally inferior predecessors. Wizards of the Coast recognizes that some of the legacy content available on this website does not reflect the values of the Dungeons & Dragons franchise today. Some older content may reflect ethnic, racial, and gender prejudice that were commonplace in American society at that time. These depictions were wrong then and are wrong today. This content is presented as it was originally created, because to do otherwise would be the same as claiming these prejudices never existed. Dungeons & Dragons teaches that diversity is a strength, and we strive to make our D&D products as welcoming and inclusive as possible. This part of our work will never end.

All the regulations being floated by frontier model companies must be viewed through the lens of them losing tokens to Open-Source models. The timing of these regulations seems to line up perfectly with Open Source closing the gap significantly (but not completely) — and @nvidia going all in on open source in the last 60 days. If we’re gonna regulate, why don’t we require that last year’s frontier models and weights be open-sourced?

I agree with Dario that we need to pace the frontier. This has been a primary topic of discussions we've had at OpenAI in recent weeks. Committing to having independent evaluators with employee-like access is a great idea, and we will do the same. We'll have more to share soon.
