@OrangeFren @tiredfornow If if an lnproxy relay was trying to track you it wouldn't be easy. They have no idea where the payment came from only where it's going. Also, if you use blinded paths, you can hide where it's going.

The relay available on lnproxy.org was down for more than week. It's back now, but it would be awesome to have a few more relays for redundancy. If you run a node using lnd, it's easy to set it up to serve as an lnproxy relay, reach out and I'll walk you through it.

@SuperTestnet @Wtfhapendin1913 @sethforprivacy The biggest limitation of using lnproxy as a tool to receive payments to your own node privately, was the fact that the relay would learn your node id. But lnd supports blinded path, you can give lnproxy 🧑‍🦯i, that it can parse and lnproxy will give you an unblinded bolt11 invoice

@robin_linus @SuperTestnet What everyone already noted is right, it's much easier for normal users. Also, how are you going to operate a self custodial lightning node on tails? Not really designed to always be online. We need the zcash drivechain if we want people using bitcoin for this (I do).
