This. I have visited countless “capability development” teams at DoD, where we are burning out talented people because they have to write software in Notepad on a locked-down NIPR machine. Nonsense. We need technical people at the table when these decisions are being made.

@SciaticNerd Or hack the Pentagon (within the confines of their bug bounty rules). Or any company that has a bug bounty. But don't abuse what you find. Report it. Give the company a reasonable amount of time to fix it. Recognition will follow.
