I am the British whistleblower who reported evidence concerning Howard Lutnick, his links to Jeffrey Epstein, and Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC to the FBI in 2020–21. Yes. On Dec 21 2001, Richard Reid raised red flags with ICTS screeners at Paris CDG (no luggage, cash ticket, evasive answers). ICTS referred him to French police, who cleared him after missing his flight. He returned Dec 22 and boarded AA 63 after ICTS screening. ICTS (Dutch firm founded by ex-Shin Bet/El Al) owned Huntleigh, which handled the Logan checkpoint for UA 175.
