Home owners insurance company lost renewal check from mortgage company. Trying to charge a late fee / threat cancellation. I have all the evidence that it was delivered. Somehow I'm the one who has to call back and forth between the companies. There's gotta be a better way man.

@thetradingbro that's the plan, but with the way things are going I'm uncertain. Have a good start currently. retiring at 45 would be sick. 50 has been my goal for past few years. don't think I'll be able to retire before our kids are even 18 though 😂 we also aren't done with kids yet
