Profitability is underrated in tech. If you’re a founder, don’t let anyone psych you into thinking profitability means it’s a “lifestyle business” or an unambitious move. Since Endorsed became profitable: I’m more productive and work longer hours because the work is more fun and fulfilling. We make better decisions from a position of power and abundance. We show up more confidently on sales calls knowing we have a better business. Team morale is higher. We have even more confidence we will achieve our ambitious plans.

There is no news here. This is like reporting on how I coordinated with my network to amplify my product launch. Of course @hilbertspaess has an AI safety agenda if he gave up eight figures of wealth and wrote a whistleblower post. Of course he would write quotably and coordinate his network to amplify reach. Of course everyone has to use social media to share. Of course politicians advocating for AI regulation would amplify this, whether deliberately coordinated or not. That said, I was REALLY hoping you found something more egregious because I do love a good conspiracy.

Proud to see @endorsed_ai featured in @FortuneMagazine today for our work combating candidate fraud. As the article reports, we’ve found that about half of applications to remote IT roles show fraud patterns. This is why we had to redesign identity verification for recruiting. Conventional identity verification tools are not reliable or efficient enough to address this type of fraud. Fraudsters routinely circumvent them with "ID mules" to pass verification, while the process is too burdensome for teams to use across their entire applicant pool. 85% of our customers use an ATS that offers built-in fraud detection. Those who relied on it came to us because it flagged too many legitimate candidates and missed too many fraudsters. Their recruiters lost trust in the results. In both scenarios, recruiters are back to manually reviewing candidates for fraud, while the security risks remain unresolved. What teams needed was accurate, compliant fraud detection at the point of application, with no additional steps for the candidate, all inside their ATS.
