Hey @mert you should put bits of this manifesto at the top of the JD instead of people clicking away and not being sold on the job (yet). helius.dev/blog/manifesto - Go faster (cool) - Be more efficient (cool) - Divine Discontent (ok we get the point) Its great to set expectations but isnt selling Helius to me - all i know is that you want me to work very very hard (and fast). Link the manifesto at the bottom or set up an automated email to send it to applicants - you could even give them a code to try @Helius before progressing to interview. Oh and use @hirechain_io to actually fill the jobs 🤝

I understand the direction here but I promise you that you're missing great talent with this. Recruiting is a time sink yes - but if you can't invest your time into a real conversation to get a candidate excited about your role...then they will prioritise someone who can. Good candidates have many options. Of course interviews focused on problem solving have a place - but if you remove the pitch you're going to have a bad time.
