Wow. This is an amazing story ❤️🥹 At a summer camp for Skilled Trades in Boone, North Carolina, a group of teens learned “carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finish-work.” They then used those skills to build a home for Tracy, an Army Veteran and Hurricane Helene survivor.

@GerberKawasaki @proud2be1pct Would be nice for once if you actually provided some context/real data that supports these outrageous posts you make. You just post ‘clickbait’, emotional tweets with nothing substantive to back any of it up. What is it that makes you think Russia is collapsing? For real…

@imrichardfertig This post reminded me of a friend of mine that started a hand-made custom hat business in Livingston Montana, Cofer Hat Co. Seems like he’s found a niche and is killing it. Their hats are incredible! coferhatcompany.com

@ErnieBrownII @windriverbuilt both urban and rural, where the focus is on premium small footprint 'starter' homes (with detached ADUs), age in place and multi gen specific designs, etc. We see a lot of potential for off-site construction being a viable solution for today's home buyer needs/desires.

@ErnieBrownII @windriverbuilt Whether it's turn key ADU models ready to quickly ship out to customers to models/floorplans that are intentionally designed to easily adapt new connecting modules as you grow your family or have family move in.
