Your website shouldn’t just exist. It should: • Bring in enquiries • Answer common questions • Build trust • Explain your services • Help customers take the next step If it doesn’t do any of those things, it may be time for a rethink.
AI won’t replace every small business. But small businesses using AI will have a serious advantage over those that ignore it. Faster admin, better follow-ups, cheaper content and fewer repetitive tasks. You don’t need to automate everything. Start with the task you hate doing most.

One clear value prop on your homepage beats 5 vague ones. Say what you do, who it's for, and why it matters in one sentence. Then add one CTA. That's the formula. Can a stranger understand what you offer in 5 seconds on your site?
Mobile traffic is over half your visitors. If your site doesn't work on a phone, you're losing money. Test it yourself. Can you tap buttons easily? Read text without zooming? Fill out forms without rage-quitting? When did you last view your site on mobile?
We’re experimenting with building useful business tools using AI and no-code platforms. The interesting part isn’t that AI can generate a website. It’s whether the finished product solves a real problem, works reliably and is something customers will actually pay for.
Before spending more money on advertising, check what happens after someone clicks. Is the page clear? Does it load quickly? Can visitors understand the offer? Is there an obvious next step? More traffic won’t fix a confusing website.
