@Dan__Carter Hi again, If you have another device you can create the report on that would work as well, while it wouldn't give the devices logs it would still provide our engineers with more details on what is causing the crashes.

Meta glasses have a standard manufacturer's limited warranty for 1-year that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Manufacturer's Limited Warranty (1 Year) - What is covered: Hardware malfunctions, electrical or mechanical defects, and issues arising from factory workmanship or defective materials. - What is excluded: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage (drops, cracks, spills), misuse, cosmetic damage that doesn't impact function, and unauthorized modifications. Meta Warranty Plus (Extended 2-Year Coverage) - What is covered: Up to 2 years of extended protection including Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) like drops, breaks, or spills, plus mechanical and electrical failures after the standard warranty ends. Normal wear and tear and power surges are also included. - What is excluded: Loss, theft, pre-existing conditions, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and cosmetic damage that does not affect how the device functions.
