@PanasonicIndia Customer Care has been contacted and we are going around in circles. The technicians have no training and don’t know how to check the sensor and compressor. All details are already with them. Ticket No R05032626695920.

@PanasonicIndia Had a talk to your Bangalore service head Mr Sudakaran but post the call there has been no action. Disappointed to see this level of service to a regular customer of yours - terribly frustrating

@PanasonicIndia I’m having a problem with an AC purchased from you a few months ago. The AC stops cooling after an hour. Ive had 2 engineers attend the call but have no clue on how to address the issue.

@MandSIndia @MandSIndia I had raised a complaint through email on 12 October 2023 regarding theft of my loyalty points worth more than Rs. 2000, probably by an internal employee considering the way the whole process of redemption was bypassed. I have still not received a resolution till date

@BrixAuto I had made a payment for service. The service has not been delivered. I’ve raised two tickets and made two calls for either the service or refund. Reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn. No response or refund?
