The fact that the judge called the AI video "genuine" is insane to me. I can not think of anything less genuine than puppeting the visage of a dead man and to speak out of his mouth. Playing AI videos where the living puppet the likeness of the dead in a court room is a manmade horror. And the judge was not only not disgusted by this behavior, he loved it. Like, if someone wants to make an AI video of a dead person, that's one thing. Even if it's edgy, offensive, etc. But in what, conceivable, way is that a "genuine" message unless it's a direct quote fully within context? The moment you start having the dead man's likeness start saying new things, or even using direct quotes in a new context, it's the opposite of genuine. And not the kind of thing that should ever be in a courtroom. Like I said. It boils my blood. I'm just flabbergasted.
