4.7 still isn’t done, and 4.8 is already this far along. Grok 4.7 is still being worked through RL. Meanwhile, 4.8 is already finishing its training run this week and moving into RL next. And Musk says the “2.5T model” was trained on xAI’s new C++ software stack. That’s a pretty aggressive pipeline. They’re not waiting for one Grok generation to fully ship before the next one gets deep into training.

You hit Test run, Grok Bot does the job. Not a dry run. The Bot opens sites, changes files, and hits connectors on the same computer as the scheduled routine. Use safe inputs. Keep send, spend, and delete behind approval. Treat it like Run. Video stays. Approve, edit, or say Proceed.
