@British_Airways trying to speak to a human being in your customer services organisation. Have been trying since Monday - every time you call me you transfer me to WhatsApp and then everything dies. Customer service at its worst?

@nectar your customer support are worse than useless. Trying to move points between loyalty programs to no avail. they tell me my accounts are not linked, i can see both balances and account details in the Nextar App and shared a picture of the same. I can’t transfer points.

@British_Airways I am able to do it and have done it multiple times. The boss of the question is why do you keep losing the info and this requiring me to put it in again.

@British_Airways now entering where I am staying in the US for at least the 10th time. Why is your app not able to store my details? Very frustrating

@British_Airways please explain to me why every time I input where I am staying in the USA into my booking you promptly delete it and I seem to have to add again.

@WhatsApp wife’s account has been attached via social engineering. Want to speak to a real person to ‘turn off’ account temporarily as resetting is locked right now. Your help agent on WhatsApp seems incapable of answering more than one question. Please help.

@AmazonHelp I have done this multiple times. It seems every time I contact you nobody keeps any records. Please send me a DM and I will provide account so you can find out what it is going on.

@JeffBezos @amazon I am simply appalled that more than 2 weeks after raising a formal complaint nobody from your organisation has responded. Still unable to connect Sonos speakers to echo dots - your upgrade caused a problem and still not fixed. Terrible customer service.

@AmazonHelp Did all of that and spoke to technical support. All things point to a problem your end. Am expecting a call back today but don’t hold out much hope.

@AmazonUK why has Alexa stopped working with Sonos. Technical support suggestion to turn off and turn off again not solved problem. Suggests a software problem your end - any advice.
