Interesting that the agents ended up hierarchical. AI labs have been optimizing the architecture of individual models. But as agents get more capable, swarm org architecture may become just as important: hierarchy vs decentralized coordination, specialists vs generalists, who gets authority, who talks to whom, how disagreement gets resolved. Do they copy human org designs, or make their own agent-optimal ones? Feels like we’re going to spend a lot more time figuring out how groups of agents should be organized.
@paulg After product release, there’s a feedback loop phase - of learning customer needs & product failures from new product introductions, to inform the next product introduction. Shortening this learning loop will also be a critical focus of AI
