⚡ Cold `basilisk check` got cheaper: a precomputed `builtins.pyi` index, lazy off-thread typeshed activation, zero-copy stub decode — and no Python spawn for auto-discovered interpreters, whose `sys.platform` and `site-packages` are already knowable. (#375)
