We can deduce this is what has happened in all probability in that jury room (if we trust Reddington’s characterization): 1 person has no reasonable doubt about Clancy’s sanity (ability to understand the consequences of her actions in that moment). Whether that person lands on 1st degree murder, 2nd degree or manslaughter we don’t know. That person WILL NOT budge. 11 people have doubts about her sanity (which the prosecution has the burden of proving in Mass.) and land on not guilty by reason of insanity.

Regardless of how this actually breaks down in the jury box, 11-1 either way. It is absolutely remarkable that there is one holdout. That rarely rarely happens. People are herd animals, consensus driven and kinda weak to the majority. For one person to hold firm like this is wild.

Whatever the drama in the Clancy courtroom, it is doubtlessly 10x in that jury room.

This is a must watch clip from the pandemic. 2021. CNN hunts down and confronts a doctor for spreading "misinformation" online. What was some of the "misinformation" he was spreading? Masks may not work and vaccines can be dangerous. CNN hunted this guy down at his home and told him he had blood on his hands because he was questioning the safety and effectiveness of the experimental vaccine. This is such a good reminder of the pressure, the viciousness, the attacks, the censorship, and the shaming. The same CNN is telling us now that Fauci wasn't really responsible for anything that happened during the pandemic.
