Yes, I appear to hear and see and talk and act, but to me it just happens, as to you digestion or perspiration happens. The body-mind machine looks after it, but leaves me out of it. Just as you do not need to worry about growing hair, so I need not worry about words and actions.

@tunguz Happiness is an outcome: you cant seek it directly any more than sleepiness, where frustration and disappointment are your bedfellows. It comes indirectly from peace, accomplishment, adventure, anticipation, nostalgia.. The future is not the issue: you just forgot how it begins

By nature, awareness is personal. Otherwise you could read minds. It is a product of the body/mind and only separate from thought in that it runs at a lower level. You know this, as you function without thought. It is no less a trap to identify with awareness than thought.
