Anyone familiar with self serve car washes? Specifically I am curious about the equipment I.e. pumps, vacuums, coin machines and replacement costs. I’ve seen some guys suggest used parts? I’d assume buying new is the better route?

6. The above was only possible being surrounded by great mentors, friends, peers, & family. I turned 25 last month. My goal is to have Best Shine & Axiom stabilized within 24 months, and having completed 3 CRE development projects at work.

@TAYVAY_ Curious on the velocity report, is that something pulled from Costar? Velocity of sales? Would like to try and replicate for my own market

5 years ago on this exact day, we started our window cleaning business. The business that eventually evolved into Orange Window Cleaning. Today, we sold that company. It’s been a wild journey, and I’ve learned SO much in the last 5 years. 🧵coming soon

Last week was a first - I closed three refinances on three properties my boss owns totaling +$16m in value. Includes two office and one multifamily property. Pretty cool to be getting these reps in at this level. Now time for the value-add ➡️

Does anyone have experience with developing automatic car washes? Have a owner that’s considering 2nd gen and putting in a automatic system #carwash #carwashbusiness #development

@MonkStorage Would you consider a car wash that only does 1 upgraded automatic tunnel to be a direct competitor to one that has 5 self serve bays down the street? Or are they different customer bases?
