@rohindhar NYC condo prices are cheaper than 2005 (inflation adjusted). Slightly worse unit than the one I own just sold for 18% more than I paid in 2021, but that's about the amount of inflation there has been since 2021.

Oh.. that's not great. In May 2026, the California Department of Public Health tested Brad’s products and found elevated thallium, a toxic heavy metal, in multiple products. One specifically named product was Brad’s Veggie Chips Kale. California told consumers not to eat it and told retailers to discard the affected products and stop selling them. The state said Brad’s had been asked to voluntarily recall the products but had not done so at that point.

Does anyone know what happened to this company? They used to have some of the best healthy snacks in Whole Foods. A couple months ago their SKUs all disappeared from Whole Foods and everything on the website became permanently sold out.
