@BlueDartCares regarding AWB 50812823014 called multiple times, spoke to 2 agents (Karthick on 28th April, Saranya on May 4th), raised complaint # 843239. Please make progress on the package which is misrouted bluedart error and currently stuck. Cust care # is always congested.
