I see you're FAST in everything you do. Good stuff. But can you also SLOW down to speak patiently with your spouse, children, and friends? If not, what's the point?

Last day at Oracle. God has a way of making us pause when we need it most. Never expected balancing family caregiving and work to be this exhausting. But a meaningful season in the wilderness—where one found real treasures and clarity. Heading to home to spend time with family

Being 100% focused all the time might do more harm than good. Forcing ultra-focus for hours is like overusing one part of your brain—it wears out. Today I tried ~10% focus, more awareness of my surroundings and how I felt. Felt better, worked longer, slept better.

When I was younger, I did many things to be productive. As I get older, I want to focus on quality over quality. I only want to do stuffs that are aligned with my values of growth, love, and service. I cry out for a change - not to manage time, but to honour my time from God.

How do you feel when your wife believes in your abilities more than you do? And she is willing to support you all the way to even starting your own biz. Well I am the lucky guy. Praise lord for this.

Enjoy your life while you can. Life is not about proving that you are someone else, but actually being who you really are now - the natural, authentic and ugly self, but that is okay...

Let's carve out a niche world for ourselves (the unfit): Where we can just be ourselves, enjoyed the work, along with the right group of people. Anything else (money) matters less.

Our brain is not to memorize code, but to create ideas! But if your coding foundation is weak, hardly can you enjoy creating apps from your ideas...

Must one really go to bootcamp to get hired? Self-taught myself web development with resume below, but hard to land a job now. What do you think? Some suggested to really polish the designs of my portfolios and go for front end developer. dropbox.com/s/fpqih6umcr2l…

Today I pulled out my investment in a small start up. Having an amicable exit among shareholders is not easy. Some might not be happy, but somehow we managed to get through pleasantly. Key lesson learned is that money is not key motivator but shared vision and team you work with
