That’s why I’m not a big fan of Agile frameworks. Too much ceremony that often doesn’t add much real value. Where I think they help is when you need to create a clear narrative of pace and progress, for example, for communicating with a “client” outside the company. But in that case, the cadence itself is part of the value, and nothing more than that.

Me gustan ese tipo de afirmaciones cuando se plantean como una dirección hacia la cual empujar... Siempre he visto los PRs más como un punto de alineación que como un filtro de calidad. Si "merge anything that passes CI" suena ingenuo o arriesgado, la pregunta es "Por qué?" Qué se espera que detecte el code review? pruebas que no hay? decisiones de arquitectura? cambios con un blast radius grande? o difícil de hacer rollback? Después de responder eso, puede ser que la conclusión siga siendo que hacer code review es necesario, y está bien. El punto no es exactamente eliminar el paso (o si?). El punto es entender que tiene que ser cierto para que esa restricción deje de ser necesaria. Por eso veo ese tipo de afirmaciones bastante útiles como horizontes de diseño para un equipo de software.

Really glad to see Hermes moving in this direction. I’ve been doing something similar with my personal app: keeping Hermes as the core, while building my own interaction layer, integrations, hooks, and workflows on top of it. Glad to see it going this way

I integrated Jev / @typesafeai into Runa, my personal app. When a task is delegated to a Pi session and finishes, Runa asks: did this address what was requested? (yes / partial / no), and is there enough evidence? I don’t read it as “is this correct?” It's more like “did this actually address what was asked?” Now I need to use it for a while and see how it works...
