The part I like is versioning: skills ship alongside the tool, so an agent's Docker knowledge stays in step with the CLI instead of drifting through blog posts and prompt dumps. Agent instructions deserve to be release artifacts. More projects should copy this 🫡

So...my first PR for @NousResearch got merged today 🥳 And it was for a plugin I’ve been working on: provider-usage is now live in the Hermes plugin catalog 🚀 It lets you see usage stats for your connected providers directly in the status(bottom) bar. No side panels. No full-page settings screen. Just the stats you actually care about, always visible for the providers you choose. A few things it can do: • Want the full picture? One click opens usage for all providers. • Prefer used % instead of remaining %? Both are supported. • Running low? The indicator turns red...okay, amber 🟠 • Still somehow miss it? You’ll get a system notification too 😎 • Refresh interval? Your call...30s, 1m, 2m, 10m. And my favourite bit: 🔥 Burn-rate projection Once it has enough usage data, the plugin estimates whether you’re on track to hit 100% usage before the provider resets your quota. It needs roughly ~30 minutes of observations before the projection starts showing. Feels pretty damn good to contribute something back, even something small, to a community that’s been absolutely cooking. Thank you @Teknium 🙏
The lesson I keep relearning with AI tools: the bottleneck was never typing code. It's deciding what deserves to exist. That part is still prototypes, real users...and taking a step back when an idea is dead.
the right way to use model capabilities is not to ship 10x more features to prod it's to spend more time understanding your users, trying experiments, building prototypes, learning about things you don't understand so that you can ship things that actually work

Hey guys, We have been following @typesafeai's Jev release and hype since day 1. So we were collecting data on X posts about Jev since then because we are really curious about its use cases and possibilities And so today we are sharing it publicly with you:
Shipped something I wanted for a long time and early access to @typesafeai Jev made it possible. Introducing JevX-Kit 🥳 I kept reading posts that felt AI-written and had no easy way to check. So instead of asking LLMs or myself, I built a tool, with JEV. JevX-Kit is a browser extension for X with two powers: 1. JevX Pulse: scores posts while you scroll past, with an AI-written percentage, and informational tags. 🤖 2. JevX Block: hides Ads and Paid partnerships. No key, no network calls, runs entirely in the page.(No Jev for this, but Name consistency😅) Why I trust it??? The tag set was first tuned on 100+, then 500+, and then 2000+ real posts for precision.⚡️ Scores are AI judgments, not verdicts, and they can be inaccurate...don't come after me please😶🌫️ Zero data retention, no telemetry, and your key never leaves the extension. 🔏 Chrome and Firefox builds are in store review, and taking longer than anticipated. 🥲 So, the code is now public, linked below. What tag would change how you read your timeline?
@IamAroke Honestly, the boring setup wins: uploads stay out of the webroot, signed URLs do the serving, magic bytes beat the mime type, plus a size cap and image re-encoding. If it can't execute and isn't served directly, most upload attacks just die.
