@mattyp I like more @AgnoAgi as you are not vendor locked in. You can build multi agent system where one agent uses OpenAI and another one uses Claude, etc…

@forloopcodes @jarredsumner You can access WebGPU with Deno where you have compute shaders but need to write WGSL. Not every problem can be parallelized on GPU doe.

@alexocheema @exolabs Well to be honest it doesn’t look innocent, it’s easily noticeable. I’m more concerned about ones that are more subtle like shellshock where you can’t be sure if it was innocent bug or an exploit.

If we don't keep raising awareness of low-level programming skills, the skillset will disppear forever under a sea of SDKs, binary blobs and proprietary chips. C programming matters, assembly language matters.

Yes, we post a lot about programming languages and it gets people very excited and opinionated. But we do this to raise awareness that there is still a place for low-level code outside of Operating System development. FFmpeg still needs low-level optimisations to be fast

@kentcdodds With serial ids it’s almost impossible to split or join data from two databases. Faster generation on the server, bigger flexibility with uuid-s(custom uuids). Sequential nature is not great for security as ids can be easily predicted.
