You can’t get a £1 million mortgage if you make 100K a year 
You can’t get a 100k car loan if you make 40k a year
 So WHY can you get 200K in student loans for a degree & then only start on a 30k salary 
AND even after paying it back, your interest gets MORE & you owe MORE  
This is at best an outdated system & at worst corrupt & has to STOP I am no longer recommending my kids go to University & I’m  not sure you should too

Have you noticed that not only are we paying more for everything But we are getting less of everything? Everything more expensive. Everything smaller & worse & less WTF is going on?

Not having kids is a life hack

I spend my summers in Europe, take cross-country road trips, and disappear off-grid on weekends The money I’d spend on kids goes to investing, experiences, & freedom. Different priorities. Different definition of rich ^^I saw @TheMattViera post this & I think it’s one of the reasons people are more selfish, the world is more sinister & we are more disconnected I could not disagree with this ANY more. What do you think?

£5 for Cheddar cheese (locked in a security box)
£9 for a chicken breast
£20 for Parma Ham (not the most expensive) £34 quid for 3 items 
Just to make a f*cking chicken dinner  Costs in the U.K. are WAY out of control

The govt. call it ‘inflation’, I call it the intentional devaluing of money  It’s the rich getting richer & the poor getting poorer Because your food & energy prices up over 50% combined since 2020 BUT  Profits of these big corps up as much as 500% in the same time 
 AND wages are down adjusted for inflation  The world is not fair There is only ONE way to beat this system; put your money into assets

Imagine turning down a pay rise because it would make you poorer… That’s exactly what happens when you start earning over £100k If you’ve got children in nursery then you’re better off earning £99,999 than £150,000 In the U.K. we literally penalise people for earning more No wonder high earners are leaving

The top 12% of earners in the U.K now pay 70% of the total income tax  ‘Tax the rich more’ they say, but how is this fair? And now all the rich are leaving, they 70% income tax will have to be paid by everyone else Do you know what that means? More tax rises

If you give a £50 note to a butcher, who then buys from the baker, who then buys from the candlestick maker, it’s worth £50 to each of them, & after 50 transactions it’s still worth £50 If you pay by card, the bank takes 1.5%, 3% or even 5% The butcher, baker and candlestick maker all have to pay the bank for the privilege of transacting, and by 50 transactions… The bank has the whole £50 in fees This is the real reason they want a cashless society Cash is freedom, but it’s also trillions the banks can NOT take from you

The pound has lost 90% of its purchasing power since 1976 £100 in 1976 would need to be £1,000 today to buy the same products & services This is why there’s a cost of living crisis. The pound is worth nothing anymore

If I had £3k I’d invest in skills like sales & marketing 
If I had £5k I’d buy Gold 
If I had £10k I’d get a mentor 
If I had £15k I’d buy a Rolex Daytona

If I had £50k I’d buy a commercial property

UK small businesses are getting absolutely hammered: -Business rates hiked from £77k to £102k -Employer NI up (£800 per worker) -Minimum wage hikes adding £1,000s per head -Recruitment fees burning 15% of salaries -Energy bills up 70% to 100% -20% VAT, 25% Corp Tax, 45% Income Tax We are talking family-run shops with 1 or 2 staff, not massive corporations Small businesses generate most of the UK's wealth, yet Labour is driving them straight into the ground This is how you trigger a depression No wonder everyone is fleeing to Dubai where enterprise is actually valued This needs to stop now

Wanna know the biggest housing market scam? Double income households Not one but TWO parents/[partners in the household now have to work to get a mortgage This has shifted from being an option to an obligation for many banks/lenders So now the government get TWICE as many people to tax Just a few decades ago, a working class man could have a nice house & look after his wife & kids on a single salary doing good honest work Now single-income households are almost impossible to sustain for most people Families have lost around 35 hours of leisure time per week to compulsory work Just a few decades ago a house was 3x salary. Now it is 10-12x salary No real increase in living standards, just more tax and more interest & debt to the banks And what about our children not being able to spend any time with their parents?

Savers are losers, BUT if you can invest just £150 a month: ↳ Year 5: £11,245 ↳ Year 10: £27,774 ↳ Year 20: £89,092 ↳ Year 40: £527,290 In 20 years you can beat the average retirement pot In 40 years you hit 6x the retirement average This is just an 8% return. Stop saving. Start investing

£100k Tax Loophole the Govt. Actually Want You to Use 1. Buy a local house in your name as primary residence 2. Find a property that needs a renovation & buy it cheaper 3. Do it up while living in it at the speed you can afford 4. Sell it in 12-24 months for £50k to £100k profit 5. Pay no Capital Gains Tax as your sole residence 6. Invest the £100k profits in controlling 10 properties that make £10k/year each

If someone working earns 100 grand, the government taxes them 50 grand and gives 5 non-working people 10 grand each So you are penalised for working & rewarded for not working The one worker won't vote for you, but the 5 non-workers will!  This is called socialism They take off the workers & buy votes from the non-workers

Everyone screams ‘tax the rich more’  
But the  top 1% pay 28.5% of all income tax 
And the bottom 50% only pay 9% of all income tax The problem is not the rich The problem is how much tax is wasted

In 1971 Gold was £17/oz The average hourly wage was 80 pence  Work time required to buy one oz of Gold: 21 hours In 2026 Gold is £3,190/oz Average hourly wage is £20 Work time required to buy one oz of Gold: 205 hours  So this means: 
1. Your REAL work time is worth ONE tenth of what it was 55 years ago
2. You have to work a FULL week to get just 3.5 grams of Gold  This is the only true measure of the value of your time & GOLD is the only real money

One of the biggest money lies is that saving will make you rich  If you save £150 a month, at 5% inflation, for 40 years Your £72,000 gets eaten away to just £40,353 However if you invest at just an 8% return Your £72,000 will turn into £527,290 in 40 years  Saving makes you broke, only investing makes you rich
