Continuing the Adaptive RAG project I built last month. Biggest takeaway: retrieval quality is decided during ingestion Miss an entity or relationship in the Knowledge Graph, and no query can recover it Hierarchical retrieval understands document structure, not isolated facts.

Cloudflare went down and the internet instantly panicked. It isn’t just a CDN but the reverse-proxy layer handling DNS, TLS, WAF, L7 routing, caching and Anycast. When that fails, routes flap, edges die and sites lose their path. When Cloudflare sneezes, the web gets a 502 fever.
