Here’s what agent adoption looks like inside an email platform. This chart tracks successful requests to update email content and workflows in Loops. Usage is approaching 1 million requests at a monthly run rate, with 99% coming from agents! In January, we decided to make the entire Loops platform accessible to agents. We’d spent years refining the user experience, so making it easier to use Loops without actually opening the editor felt counterintuitive. We decided to create new endpoints so agents could update email content and workflows directly in the browser with the user or without the app being open at all. Net win for users and agents.

Creating email automations with AI is like a dream. Tell it what you want (even vaguely; check Chris' examples in the thread) and full email workflows are set up in @loops. We worked hard on this and it shows ✨
