به نظرم برنامه‌نویس‌ها باوجود اینکه Early adopter ایجنت‌ها بودن ولی Unlearn نکردنشون باعث شده تجربه متفاوتی از اهرم کردن ایجنت‌ها داشته باشن.
چی میگید؟

تعریف آدما از راحتی چقدر فرق داره
متوجه شدم Obsidian و این هایپی که دورشه فقط داره وقتم رو تلف میکنه. به راحتی توی فایل Markdown نوت برداری میکنم میندازم گیتهاب ریپو خصوصیم، هرجا هم خواستم باز میکنم میخونم با پلاگین RTL all هم راست‌چینش میکنم
@imohsenet نه عموما روی آدمای پیر و بازنشسته گیرن چون تزشون سو استفاده سازمان یافته میکنن. اینا یه ظرفیت محدود بررسی دارن. بستگی داره تو کوئری بررسی بیای بالا یا نه.

دلم میخواد یه human jusgement as a service درست کنم. آدمایی رو استخدام میکنی که جاج کنن کار AI رو و دایرکشن بدن.
فاصله این رشته توییت تا ریورس انجینیر شدن فتوشاپ و امبد شدن میکرو اپ‌ها تو ChatGPT یکسال بود. حقیقتن فکر نمیکردم تو یکسال این اتفاق بیوفته 😂
به نظرم یه Mindset Shift و Unlearn کردن عظیم تو دنیای نرم‌افزار واجبه. بازار نرم‌افزار به شکل فعلی در بلند مدت وجود نداره (شرکت‌های نرم‌افزاری هم همینطور). وقتی این جمله‌هارو میگیم منظور Market Direction ئه نه اینکه همین الان هیچکس به Software نیاز نداره و هیچ Software ای /
@nainemom میتونی quality assurance رو بهش دیلگیت کنی به جای اینکه instruct کنی. مسئولیتشو بهش میسپری.
دایل اینکه باید task، دانش و روند رو از چت بیاری بیرون. تا دو سه میلیون توکن برای AI قابل مدیریته تا چند برابرش هم برای انسان. وقتی دانش کامپکت شده از این بیشتر باشه، پیشرفت سرعتش تفاوت پیدا میکنه (مفهومش هم تفاوت پیدا میکنه)
یکی از مشکلایی که با ai دارم (حتا با astra و fable) اینه که وقتی تسک جلو میره خیلی سخت‌تر think out of the box میکنن. کلا به شدت tunnel vision میشن روی ایده‌ای که همون اول انتخاب کردن و بعیده یهو وسط کار بگه حاجی میخوای بجاش اینکار‌و کنیم ساده‌تره.
این قشر با اومدن AI هم از بین نرفتن. لیترالی درگیر استخدام کردن یه کارآفرینه. یه شرکت کس شر داره (reducto.ai) و هنوز در گیر اینه که Idea Guy بودنش خیلی چیز با ارزشیه برای کسی که این سه تا فاکتور رو داره.

@rjmx3861 به نظرم هیچ محصولی الان این رو آدرس نمیکنه. اگه هم ما بریم به این روش کار کنیم احتمالا خروجیش عن میشه با کار سخت تر میشه یا نتیجه بدتر، ولی به نظرم حولش نوآوری وجود خواهد داشت در آینده و Order دریافت نتیجه رو نمایی تغییر میده.
@rjmx3861 دانش باعث میشه future distribution محدودتری داشته باشه برای مسیر مناسب. با مدل فعلی مموری از دانش نمیشه به نتیجه درست رسید بدون انسان، حتی اگه فراهمش کنی. ولی با گسترده کردن دامنه تجربه و حالات ممکن و async کردن پروسه جاجمنت میتونه دایرکشن فراهم کنی بدون اینکه ظرفیت رو کاهش بدی /
روش درست استفاده از AI اینه که پنج هزار تا ایجنت با هم ران باشن و نتیجه‌‌ی غیر منتظره‌ای «پیوسته» ایجاد کنی. این روش steer driven ای که ما الان روش کار میکنیم، مانع اصلی خودمونیم.
@iraj_nl خیلی جالبن ampcode.com/docs/orbs/port… یه نکته دیگه هم که هست به نظرم پروسه دیسکاوری خیلی با نتیجه قاطی میشه و ai تو دیسکاوری کمتر autonomous ئه تا پیاده‌سازی، دیسکاوری (چی کار بکنیم) توسط خود آدم‌ها steer میشه، در صورتی که اگه goal driven باشه ای آی میتونه ازش evidence /
