I am so done with cheating using AI. Nowadays, it has become the norm to cheat in OAs using AI, and it seems like companies don't care. The ICPC cheating incident just took this to another level, and it pisses me off that honest students will be the ones suffering the most. Companies and organisations should start implementing measures to prevent cheating in online assessments or organise offline assessments to prevent cheating.

@anuragdotdev I’m learning web dev right now too. I use AI, but I make sure I understand every line of code it gives me. I’m not focusing on memorizing every little syntax detail yet. I think that naturally comes with time and repetition anyway.

Learning about classes, objects, methods, constructors, etc. and it’s honestly fascinating how much abstraction they provide. What’s even more interesting is that these abstractions are built in layers on top of simpler concepts like data, control flow, functions, memory, and eventually the lower-level operations handled by the runtime and hardware. It’s crazy how you can keep building layer upon layer of abstraction from relatively simple building blocks and end up with incredibly powerful systems.

Today I learned about async JavaScript and the event loop. The event loop was honestly pretty interesting. I finally started getting how JavaScript can handle things that take time without just getting stuck waiting for them. Learning about the call stack, Web APIs and callback queue made a lot of things click for me today. Still a lot to learn, but I’m starting to see how JavaScript actually works under the hood. youtube.com/watch?v=8aGhZQ… This is a goated video to learn about the event loop in javascript. It helped me a lot in understanding this concept.

Started learning JavaScript and spent today getting comfortable with the fundamentals. I learned about variables, data types, operators, conditions, loops, functions, arrays, and objects. Keeping it simple and focusing on building a strong foundation before advanced concepts.
