I’m sharing it to put the thesis into the open and invite serious feedback from people working on similar problems — operators, systems thinkers, and anyone thinking about how AI should actually support sustained human judgment.
This repository contains the public thesis and supporting materials only. It is not the ACS runtime or implementation. Those remain private for now. This release is focused on establishing the framing and problem definition.
Most AI systems are getting better at retrieval and long context. Fewer are getting better at deciding what context should actually influence a decision. I just published a public thesis on this problem.
