I never thought I'd be writing this, but I have no other option. I'm 26 years old. I spent ₹57,000 of my hard-earned savings on Toothsi because I trusted them with my smile. In December 2025, I was told my treatment would take 6 months. What I was never clearly informed was that the treatment would leave visible gaps between my teeth. The doctor didn't perform the IPR. They simply placed attachments and continued the treatment. My last aligner was on 14 June, but my teeth are still not properly aligned. My treatment is effectively incomplete. What's even more heartbreaking is what happened next. For over a month, I've been trying to get Toothsi to respond. Booking an appointment is nearly impossible. I booked a consultation at their Sector 14, Gurgaon clinic, but every time I ask if I can visit directly, I'm told to "wait for a call." That call never comes. I feel abandoned after paying ₹57,000. I'm not asking for free treatment or compensation. I just want the treatment I paid for to be completed properly. I'm under immense stress and genuinely feel helpless. I worked hard for that money, and today I'm sitting here wondering if I was taken advantage of. @toothsialigners , please stop ignoring me and take responsibility. @Swiggy i have swiggy black. I got two coupons from you one of 75 and other of 120 for your late delivery. I couldnt use any of them. I just get the error that I cant use the coupon. Whats the issue. I got nothing from the black membership.
