An invoice sent on Friday at 5pm gets paid slower than one sent Monday at 9am. Timing matters.

You have a CRM for leads. What do you have for invoices? A spreadsheet and hope?
The gap between "project complete" and "invoice sent" is where your cash flow dies.
Most founders track sales religiously and invoicing never. That's tracking the promise, not the money.
If you invoice weekly instead of monthly, you get paid 3 weeks faster on average.
Invoicing isn't admin work. It's the act of getting paid. Treat it like it matters.
Late invoicing compounds. One late invoice becomes two becomes a cash crisis in 60 days.
