@ahengine3 Yes! A compact API with less boilerplate, imperative or declarative UI, pytest-based app testing, and Flet Studio to build and share in your browser. The big benefit is a simpler workflow for Python developers, from the first screen to a packaged app.

Yeah, it's a real challenge to implement MCP right and make LLM happy. Provide not enough tools/data and it will hallucinate, provide redundant/duplicating/wrong tools - it becomes noisy and it still hallucinates :) We are currently working on our own agent, so we can do right tweaks. I believe MCP must be a part of framework and move along with it.

For the next Flet release we have two work items: 1) improve packaging to reduce standalone Flet app startup time and 2) make "Please wait..." splash screen customizable. Now, after (1) is complete the app starts so fast that we had to add delays to debug wait screen 😂.

Added Google and Microsoft sign in options to Flet Studio (flet.app). Funny, it took 1 hour to implement the feature and 4 hours to configure OAuth in Google Console and Azure Portal: consents, check domains, ToS, privacy policy, brand approval, verified publishers! :)
