Everyone complains about Splash Mountain closing, but I almost never hear talk of what they did to Snow White. I think it was worse because they didn't even put a ride there. Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is not a replacement. It's barely a dark ride & my least favorite coaster at WDW.

@SplashFan2000 I loved Splash, but I was saying for years that they need to update the speakers because a lot of the dialog was hard to hear. It also had a lot of technical issues. The 2nd to last time we rode it, the music cut out. The new version has probably even more problems though.

@StarportStrdust I disagree. This ride needed an update 15 years ago. It's the only version of Space Mountain without onboard audio and the track is really rough.

@BrerOswald All I want are more show scenes and onboard audio, plus retracking it. The queue is fine, but maybe we could have conveyer belts back at the unload area.

@JeffFavignano The difference with movies and music is competition. You can only get digital PS5 games through Sony and only play them on their device. Also, they take up less space and can be streamed with low bandwidth. They cost less than games too, so losing ownership is not as big a deal.

PlayStation going digital is not 1-to-1 with PC gaming for several reasons: 1)PC games are on multiple storefronts, allowing competition 2)With multiple ports, disk space is easily upgradable on PC 3)PC DVD drives are readily available (even more an issue if PS6 won't load discs)

Hearing Bernadette Peters yell out "Schmigadoon", we have peaked as a society. #tonyawards #thetonys #tonys Also, this is the only time I have seen a Broadway production that won best musical. I highly recommend both the TV show and live show. If not on Broadway, see it on tour.

@Jennnyyyyyy I’m pretty sure I got it. Square = 10, triangle = equals 5, and circle = 3. So, it’s 10 + 5 x 3. With the order of operations, you multiply first and then add. So, it becomes 10 + 15. Then, the answer is 25

@TeshimaKairei You have to remember that this was in the middle of Pokémania and the brand was being heavily scrutinized. Any potential controversy would’ve been bad. At least they released the intro uncensored later on and the remake fixed the story changes.

@TeshimaKairei They also cut out a huge part of the prologue so that Mewtwo’s backstory is way less tragic. I think they just thought that the movie was way too dark for American kids, which might’ve been true at the time. I mean, I could just imagine the parents complaining over the news.

@matt12r @EmperorBigD The Pokémon dub edited a lot, but it initially kept most of the original music, characterizations, and tone. It wasn't until Johto that you started seeing consistently large edits, especially to the music. Also, the localized Pokémon names are really good interpretations.

@sam_d_1995 The suspensions are for the countries' mail carriers themselves, so packages can still be exported via FedEx, UPS, or other private shipping services.
