The Senate votes at 2:15 today on whether to start debating the CLARITY Act. It needs 60 votes and Republicans only hold 53 seats. Pass or fail, a regulator can still ask a bank to prove a number matches what is on the blockchain. Most banks have to call their data vendor to answer that...unless they use Amp.
