Aggressive ACK floods can stress clients infrastructure while mitigation "kicks in", use of embryonic connections is a must in certain cases

Over 250% increase in number of #ddos events detected in the last 2 weeks, perhaps a rise in booter offerings out there?
Very interesting "spray" attack, ack flood with very small data payloads targeting over 35 ip addresses at the same time. 30min bursts.
SSDP #DDos attacks seem to be in trend, maybe some booters out there are offering some nice attacking power. SSDP on non standard ports
Don't you hate when something like this happens? #DDos protection for infrastructure via BGP + GRE in just 2 to 3 hours. Layer 3, 4 & 7
Unpacking more mitigation capacity in our @racknationcr Costa Rica pop @RioReyDDoS #ddos
We have noticed a spike in SSDP #ddos attacks with non standard source ports
@lunorian Attacks. All this "load sharing" is automated and transparent to end user.
@lunorian So far as Gbps go we estimate the biggest one has been 180+ Gbps, we say estimate because 120+ Gbps trigger a bgp load sharing on bigger ...
@lunorian On this particular attack we received 48Gbps on our main Edge and 29Gbps on a secondary Edge
How @dosbuffer protects sister company @RackNationcr ? see below x.com/racknationcr/s…
Did you know that RackNation offers its own mitigation infrastructure with sister company @dosbuffer and @RioReyDDoS as a partner?
That's a lot of packets per sec, #Ddos / a mix of non spoofed udp and spoofed udp flood
Recent trend - SSDP #Ddos using hosts reflecting traffic on non traditional ports, trying to evade or generate leaks on mitigation systems
#DDOS - Non Spoofed UDP flood + ICMP - seems no need to spoof lately with all the IOT devices out there
Doesn't this looks like a #ddos booter time share? :) - UDP Frag + ICMP Flood
Smaller non spoofed udp floods with aggressive pps seem to be in trend. Evidence suggests these attacks try to trick mitigation systems.
We have noticed an increase in layer 7 #ddos attacks and a slight decrease in layer 3 and layer 4 attack frequency. Things to notice
For all #CostaRica based companies we are offering ddos protected layer 2 or layer 3 fiber uplinks via our peering with @racknationcr
Want a trial of our #ddos network protection service? Wait no more, contact us asap
50Gbps+ SSDP #ddos attack against a @racknationcr client mitigated - where is the #easter spirit ?
