I built Checkam A Telegram bot that helps you check if a product is fake or real by scanning its information to verify if it is NAFDAC-registered. As Nigerians, we need to verify the products we consume every day. It is very important that we take care of ourselves, as the government is not doing enough to tackle this issue. Another feature I added was what I call community mass reports. You can basically report counterfeit produce, the location you bought the exact product so others can avoid buying that product. We must come together as a country to stop this fake products!

@rpa_dake Yes exactly! It does that check the NAFDAC information and also compares it against their database. Any mismatch can be reported as unverified to the community so others can be aware of the counterfeit product.

@he_is_PC Fr man! The aim is for Nigerians to use a solution like this and another feature you can report counterfeit produce to the community, putting the location and shop you bought it from so that others can avoid it.
