Digital sovereignty is now a concern across all major governments, and Pierre Samaties says it produces one demand: a new kind of cloud. Data infrastructure has become a target in modern warfare, so it has to be tamperproof and always-on. It also has to fit a world where AI is not only the best hacker but the best builder of software.
