Imagine if Kamala Harris became the first female president of the United States and then tore down the East wing, obsessed about a ballroom, started a losing war with Iran, took away health care and food from children, raked in billions, fired everyone to put her friends in their positions, fell asleep on camera consistently, mouthed off on social media, openly prosecuted people she didn’t like without real cause, started a slush fund to fund domestic terrorists, and generally lied every second of the day. She wasn’t even allowed to laugh.

In the past week, Donald Trump has threatened nuclear war against Iran, called for the genocide of 93 million Iranians, publicly attacked the Pope, and compared himself to Jesus Christ. Recall July of 2024 when every pundit and reporter in American media were urging President Biden to step down due to concerns over his cognitive health. Where are those voices now? Where are the demands for Trump to be removed? Where is the flood of op-eds and cable news panels and social media posts calling for the 25th Amendment to be triggered? Why are you all so silent on this?

The only acceptable response to anyone supporting Trump is, “Fuck you, he raped children.” “I support the president’s economic plan.” Fuck you, he raped children. “My family is Republican.” Fuck you, he raped children. “I’m a Christian.” Fuck you, he raped children.

Trump’s year in office has been defined by three things: corruption, chaos, and cruelty.

Notice how it’s somehow the government’s job to legislate a few Bible verses on human sexuality over our entire country, but it’s suddenly “not the government’s job” when it comes to the +2,500 Bible verses calling for a generous use of wealth that prioritizes the poor.

If you hated Biden because you didn’t want an old guy in charge and prices were too high and the government was too involved in the private sector and there was chaos on the street oh boy I’ve got bad news.

Actor Jeff Daniels on Donald Trump’s 2nd term: “We’ve lost decency. We’ve lost civility. We’ve lost respect for the rule of law. We’ve normalized verbal abuse. We’ve normalized bullying. Out the window goes character, integrity. We’re supposed to elect the best of us, not the worst of us. He’s everything that’s wrong with not just America but being a human being.”

There’s schools in New Mexico open 4 days a week bc they can’t afford Friday. Schools in Baltimore close when it’s too hot bc they cant afford AC. In whole counties in South Dakota people die a decade before everyone else. But there’s always money for bombs. Alway money for bombs

Trump’s first term: Ignored all medical experts warning him about a deadly virus which caused the entire country to shut down for a year. Trump’s second term: Bombed Iran most likely causing World War III. Yeah, he was better choice than the over qualified women he ran against.
