The interest rate on tech debt is super hard to know a priori so I’m pretty convinced the best strategy is to take on a lot of tech debt but stay vigilant and pay off anything quickly that turns out to have a high rate
first time founder: “we’re a two sided marketplace for…” second time founder: “I made this thing that saves you time / makes you money. Here’s how you pay me for it.”
The state of B2B product marketing is horrific. Why? In most cases, the buyer and user are not the same. However, the messaging tries to attract both. DO NOT DO THIS. Understand the location of the marketing, who will see it? Tailor the messaging to one, not both.
