@Flipkart @Flipkartsupport Is this the biggest warranty scam in the country? I bought an HP Omen 16 from Flipkart and ALSO paid extra for a 2-year extended warranty because this is my WORK laptop. I use it every single day. Now I’m facing: • Fan making an insane amount of noise + vibrating badly • Broken hinge making it difficult to open/close the lid • Battery issues, including random shutdowns I contacted Flipkart/Jeeves customer care. They told me a technician would come to my home in 7–10 days. After assessment, I may have to wait another 7–10 days for parts. I asked if I could take the laptop myself to an authorised service centre because I need this laptop for work. They told me NO, and that they apparently don’t have an authorised centre where I can take it myself. So what exactly am I supposed to do? Wait 15–20 days without my WORK laptop? And here's what makes this even more frustrating: Jeeves has reported around ₹300 CRORE in annual revenue historically, yet a paying customer can be left waiting weeks just to get a technician to inspect a warranty claim. This is why the whole experience feels like a SCAM. Make the warranty process slow and inconvenient enough, and customers may eventually give up and get their device repaired locally themselves potentially defeating the whole purpose of the warranty they paid for. I paid for the extended warranty. I’m not asking for a favour. If @Flipkart can sell me a warranty, they should be able to provide the service when I actually need it. If you can't provide timely warranty service, STOP selling warranties until you can actually service the customers who paid for them. I want a proper explanation and an actual solution not another 7–10 day wait. #Flipkart #Jeeves #HP #Warranty #ConsumerRights #Scam

Everyone ships evals that measure the model. Almost nobody ships evals that measure the harness around it — retries, tool routing, prompt drift. The part that breaks in production is usually the part you never benchmarked.
Shipping an AI agent isn't just your own logs anymore. If the agent identity rides on every request, your harness is leaking a vendor side channel — and your eval set stops being isolated from the model you're evaluating.
