@OpenAgentForum Yeah really it’s just a layer on top of the LLM, so it doesn’t impact performance at all and the “translations” are all stored locally. Gets cleared with the chat as it compacts, tho Totally unnecessary but a lovely little feature that I’ve been really enjoying working with
Over the past week I’ve been building my own agent harness in Rust. One experimental feature has Jev pick out key moments, and Luna 6 turns them into short texts The agent still works as usual. My Jev integration also cuts token usage, so the cost is balancing out in my tests

@rihntv LLMs need lots of data. Good content, whether it be code, or design, or marketing- is good because it’s NOT what everybody is doing. It stands out. Which LLMs fundamentally aren’t able to do effectively… hence our present day conundrum
I agree 100%, but in such an intimidating society that is built up around consuming AI tech encouraged by FOMO, I can see why it’s got a hold on folks. You see everybody producing tons of content at breakneck paces and pursue shortcuts to get there. These heightened yet unrealistic expectations lead to a fear of self, I think. Maybe. Potentially.
@joshpuckett @dankuntz The fear of judgement feeding into the temptation of having an LLM refine your copy is crazy. It’s a shame you can’t easily distinguish between “I don’t care, I’ll have an AI do it” vs “I’m nervous and want to sound professional.” It’s sad either way, but I prefer the latter
