@MeOmi28 The counter replays the previous 30 second block in a smooth contiguous animation over the next 30 seconds. Cutting your internet will not stop the previous 30s animation. The count itself is a slight estimate due to constraints of the speed at which it is required to update.

You can now place more expansive buy orders that target applied stickers and charms on skins. This also works for patches on agents! This is in addition to the recently introduced buy order filters for float range, paint seed, and more...
