Minesweeper, but the mines are guards 🕵️ Built by Claude Opus 5.5 in plain JavaScript. No game engine, no libraries, no artist. Case the Joint: you get the building's blueprints, not the guard roster. Every tile you step on tells you how many guards are posted around it. Knock a guard out and the numbers drop. Creaky boards make noise, and at 16 the alarm goes off. A patrol walks the hallway with a flashlight: wait for it to pass, or take the guard down from behind. Grab the loot, get out a window. @dhh The step after this is an orchestrator so you’re not giving your attention to a dozen terminal tabs - and your agents can work while you sleep. Working more like a PM and less like a coder has saved my sanity from juggling agent tabs.

I had nostalgia of an old game where you would fly stunts. So I asked ai to remake it for me... Land a biplane on a moving train. In your phone browser. Stunt Day gives you one movie stunt a day on a little island: under the bridge, through the barn, beat the hangar doors, touch the carrier. Fly it with two thumbs. Then every take, clean or crashed, gets cut into a short film with camera angles and slow-mo. The link holds your inputs, so it replays the exact flight on any phone and ends with "Beat it".
