@forrestbrazeal @MissAmyTobey I got to experience this from the senior side and it 100% made me a better engineer. I had a *ton* of unarticulated assumptions that I hadn't thought all the way through until I was forced to explain them to a junior engineer.

Somehow between presentations I forget how much I enjoy speaking about and teaching technical subjects. I got to give a presentation today on our infra tooling and its enormously satisfying to get other people excited about the things you enjoy.
