Maybe I really need to adopt the “just ship it” mindset. I’ve realized that overthinking is starting to hold me back from building. Recently, I’ve been ideating for a particular project, and every time I come up with an idea, I over-analyze it until I eventually convince myself it isn’t good enough to build. So I tried something different. I spent the last two days studying consumer products that won hackathons across different ecosystems, and something stood out to me: A lot of those ideas are ideas I probably would have talked myself out of building. I would have found ten reasons why they were “too simple,” “not innovative enough,” or wouldn’t work. Yet someone else had the courage to build them, ship them, and win with them. Maybe the problem isn’t always the idea.

I don’t think many understand how big the opportunity in front of @openservai is. Every company is going to operate with teams of AI agents. Those agents will need to reason, coordinate and execute millions of tasks across critical parts of every business. Today we made the SERV Reasoning API public. I've spent the past few weeks building what a social Mini App on Nimiq Pay could look like. Something people can open, have fun with, meet and interact with others , while NIM becomes a natural part of those interactions. That's what I've been building with Ralli. Ralli is a social Mini App on @nimiq where people start challenges, respond with photos or videos, react, build communities, and pass challenges from one person to another. Someone starts a Ralli → you join → respond → pass it to a friend → they join → the chain keeps growing. It could be a basketball community practicing the same move, photographers capturing the same prompt from different cities, friends recreating an old picture, or everyone participating in the Daily Ralli. The idea is simple: give people things to do together. Then NIM adds a real peer-to-peer value layer to those interactions. See a Ralli you really want people to attempt? Boost it with NIM. Someone posts a response you genuinely enjoy? Tip them in NIM. You don't need NIM to participate. It simply becomes available when an interaction is worth putting real value behind. Discover → Join → Respond → React → Boost → Tip → Pass it on. All inside Nimiq Pay. The wallet infrastructure stays underneath. The social experience stays on top. And with Daily Rallis, Ralli Chains, Communities and following, I'm exploring what can make Ralli somewhere people don't just try once, but actually return to. That's the experiment: What does a social experience built natively around Nimiq Pay look like when peer-to-peer value is already part of the infrastructure? Ralli is my answer so far. Start it.
