After a certain age, your parents slowly become your children. They ask same questions again. They repeat stories you've heard a thousand times. They forget little things. Their steps become slower. Their world becomes smaller. And without realizing it... The people who once carried you through life begin depending on you. Very few people recognize this role reversal. What feels like an inconvenience is often just time reminding us that nothing lasts forever. Don't rush them. Don't correct them harshly. Don't make them feel like a burden. One day, their voice will be silent. The questions will stop. The stories will never be told again. And you'll wish for just one more interruption... One more repeated story... One day, you'll give anything to hear those same stories again. One more chance to hear them call your name. Growing old is a privilege not everyone receives. Care for them the way they once cared for you It’s repayment.  It's the final way we say... Thank you for spending your life loving me .

@MaryTilesTexas I work with high school students and tell them trades are where it’s at if you don’t already have a clear vision of what you want to do in life. In our community the trade school is tuition free. No brainer to go there and come out debt free and making money right out the gate.

Dr. Ben Carson wow everyone with an unforgettable 4-minute tribute to Charlie Kirk. “Get on board of the REVIVAL that is coming.” Carson’s words carried the weight of true wisdom, and the ending was the most powerful moment of all: “In closing, I want to read a passage from John 12:24, remembering that Charlie was shot at 12:24 pm. ’Verily, verily, I say unto you, this is Christ speaking. “Except a corn of wheat fall onto the ground and die, it abideth alone. But if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.’ And I want to thank Charlie for his sacrifice, because much fruit is going to be realized.”

‘HALLELUJAH’: Tens of thousands of people join together in worship at the memorial service for Charlie Kirk at State Farm Stadium in Arizona “So I throw up my hands And praise You again and again ‘Cause all that I have is a Hallelujah, hallelujah And I know it’s not much But I’ve nothing else fit for a King Except for a heart singing Hallelujah, hallelujah” @AndrewKolvet

1/ When Edward @Snowden spoke at Bitcoin2024 last week, he asked a question that lodged like a tumor in my brain. To paraphrase: “Does the world and the U.S. election feel normal to you?” When he was a kid, he said... 🧵👇

@Leaanna26936430 @MarioNawfal @nyctourism Same. We planned to go on vacation there this year but decided we don’t want to spend a dime on @nyctourism . NYC has lost all appeal as a tourist destination for me and my family. It now appears to be the sequel to The Warriors, only now it is a documentary instead of fiction.

This child from Sierra Leon was an orphan that grew up without the chance to celebrate his birthday, once he was adopted by this loving family they were able to celebrate his first birthday party together in Charlotte North Carolina at 12 years-old.

Baby Boomers have been running the country for nearly three decades. Some successes, a number of disappointments. It’s time to pass the baton to younger generations — Millennials & Gen Z. Pls join us for conversation tonite on @CNN with @ACCooper about my new book on subject.
