The majority of sexual assaults on college campuses take place between the start of the fall semester and Thanksgiving break. This window of time is known as the "Red Zone." Freshmen are most vulnerable due to their newness to campus.

weird time to have written a novel about healing from sexual violence on a college campus and how trauma can shape your life for years afterward

Introducing Griffin, the first model to pass the video Turing test. 48% of people who talked to it live thought it was a real human. Previous systems have had a pass rate <3%. It is #1 on NVIDIA's benchmark for full-duplex AI video. It’s the first Human Interaction Model (HIM).

Your (reckless, careless, bad) takes concerning the Cornell situation (and, sadly, MANY others) are likely being seen by former victims of assault. That could include some of your mutuals. Be better, first & foremost, but at the very least be *quiet* if you don't have sense.

"In a semi-free market, many of the athletes are more valuable than the coaches, which is why we should cap the athletes' compensation but not the coaches' compensation" is an indefensible but revealing argument.

Calipari, his assistant coaches, and staff all have the potential to earn that salary for decades. The players have a 4 year window; shorter if they get a significant injury. This is nonsense.

Yes, it’s called capitalism. I thought y’all liked that around here. In the professional leagues, coaches typically don’t make more than players.

There's a lot that happens between the idea and the final image. 📸 Planning. Scouting. Lighting. Setup. Shooting. And all of it can be part of the story. In Using the iPhone as a Behind-the-Scenes Tool, @aundrelarrow shows you how to capture that process with the phone already in your pocket, without distracting you from the actual shoot. ▶️ Watch it today (first lesson free): kel.by/larrowiphonebts
