we had 30k followers on dribbble, it was our top performing lead channel by far, but sadly I have similiar observations. it went downhill post acquisition, lead quality got incredibly poor ($150 budgets, I’m not even joking) and a few years ago we stopped posting altogether. don’t think we had an interesting lead from Dribbble within the last 2-3 years, yet before that it fed our entire 50-person team. still got a ton of nostalgia for the platform but I think we’re well past beyond the point of things being salvageable.

thank you; lost my dad to lung cancer less than 2 years ago and world hasn't been the same since. few ideas: - "for me" could take real input - not just cancer type but also stage, biomarkers (brca, braf, not tested/dont know), prior treatment (untreated, had x and it stopped working) and country (huge delta across drug approvals, cost/reimbursments, trial access, etc); output could then be standard care four your case -> what's next if that stops working -> trials you might be eligible for -> questions for your doc > on the horizon (phase 3 trial updates for this cancer) - saving the users cancer selection as you move for across tab (selecting lung cancer in "for me", and then moving to "navigator" asks me to select again) - would love to sign up for updates for specific trails, and any trails for specific cancers - what changed, but per cancer ("since you last looked at NSCLC, two approvals, one failed trial, one guideline change") patients pov - for newly diagnosed people, maybe a "first 60 days" guide? several windows close as the treatment starts (fertility preservation, germ testing that could change surgery chioces, biomarker results that should precede first therapy selection, dental clearance before head radiation, etc), what joining a trial means (risk of placebo) - when to call, with treatment side effects sorted by occurance rate, with a few red cards (printable?) that clearly indicate and emergency - (hard) decision points, active monitoring vs treatment, surgery vs radiation, stopping treatment, etc - laying out the tradeoffs - where to be treated per cancer based on a outcome racker - maybe an appointment prep page - what i know, whats unclear, symptoms/changes to discuss, then allow to record answers and discussed next steps
